Hi! My name is Geneva Myhrvold. Or Gigi, if we’re friends.

I am an actress, writer, and mixed media artist who loves to make myself and others laugh. I believe that people connect through laughter and we can weather any storm life whips up for us through perseverance and a few well-placed jokes.

As a queer woman, I strive to include LGBTQ+ representation in everything I do. I believe that our community has been left out of the narrative for too long. While representation is increasing in mainstream media, we have so many more important stories that will inspire, educate, and interest (let’s be honest, we could all use a break from heteronormative monotony).

Another passion of mine is advocating for mental health. For myself and many others, the road to understanding your own brain is incredibly complex, scary, and often isolating. I hope to inspire empathy and patience for everyone on this journey, creating representations around the experiences I have dealt with, and helping to support representations of those I haven’t.

Whether it’s by laughing, crying, or exploring uncomfortable spaces, my goal is to inspire hope and leave my audience and my collaborators feeling a bit lighter than they were before.
